Please be aware that for first time appointments to LIBRA we request a £5 deposit (£25 for IPL) payable AT time of booking. We accept debit or credit card payment over the `phone. The deposit secures your first appointment and is refunded when you attend the appointment.

There are occassionally times when we may request deposits from clients who HAVE been before...usually the week before Christmas!

 IMPORTANT NOTE. We respectfully request 24 hours notice for cancellation or change of appointments or we reserve the right to make a small charge (normally a minimum of £5- £25 for IPL) unless we are able to rebook the space.
