A couple of reasons. Due to my own past experiences where I have turned up to for appointments to be told I have no booking. By paying a deposit with us you can be assured you have an appointment.
Also, regrettably as has been the salons experience (17 years of it!!!) there are some clients who would not bother to turn up for appointments. We don't know who they are going to be so we have to take a deposit from every new client to be sure. Then we can assure our regular clients, of which we hope you will become one, they will not be let down by new clients not coming in where they could have had the appointment.
When you make a booking at LIBRA it is with LIBRA, the salon. If you ask for an appointment with a specific therapist whilst we endeavour to keep it with them, as a favour to you, we cannot always guarantee this.
Please be aware we may ask for a £5 deposit from people making a first booking

With the increased demand for more advanced treatments LIBRA has invited Skin Deep Medical (formerly COLLAGENICS) to provide BOTOX and other non-surgical procedures to the salon. Plus Tracy Fensome of renowned Nouveau Contour offers a Permanent Cosmetic service.
LIBRA offers variety aswell as depth. A full retail product range is offered for customers to use at home between normal visits and the wealth of experience can also be tapped with advise and full consultations.
