I could go to any local salon but I choose to travel 20 miles to come to Libra where I know my relaxation and enjoyment of my treatments is paramount to all of the staff. I know I am among friends as I enter the salon.

I would like to add how great you are and how lovely Sarah and Tracy B are, and how impressed I am with you all remembering what I natter on about from one visit to the other?? J

 I guess the fact I have been coming to the salon now for such a long time is a testimony in itself to the quality of the service I have received . I have tried other salons but none of them have managed to beat you for your friendly and professional service so I keep coming back. 

I've not had a problem with any of your staff. J I don't mind who I have for my treatment (and that includes you) and it is nice to have a chat before and after the treatments with you all.

I have been coming to your salon regularly for quite a few years now and Sarah does treatments for me.  Sarah is a lovely therapist and I always feel comfortable with her doing my treatments.  I have IPL and am always very self conscious about the areas that I have treated but can honestly say that, apart from yourself, she is the only therapist I feel comfortable receiving treatment in such intimate areas from.

 Charmaine is the other therapist that I have experience of and I very much like her too, she did a pedicure for me back in the summer and I think it was probably one of the best I have ever had, I'm afraid I am very particular - often when I've had pedicures I'm not that pleased with the way they have varnished, but the one Charmaine did for me was excellent - and for me to say that it really must have been good!  She also did a spray tan for me recently and I hate having to strip off in front of people but she too made me feel quite at ease doing this.

 Lyn - I had a problem recently with a spray tan and didn't like having to phone up about it but you were very fair and understanding and even sent me a text the next day asking if it had come out any darker - I thought that was really caring particularly as your salon was shut that day, this is one of the reasons I keep coming back.

 General comments:

I have been to many beauticians and often feel quite intimidated by the therapists who all tend to be young and stand behind the counter looking like they have just stepped out of vogue  preening themselves - Libra does not make me feel like that I enjoy visiting your salon and would not want to change - I just hope you are all there for many years to come!

 If I had to make one negative comment the only thing I probably would say is, I love the special offers but they are always too short a timescale for me to ever be able to use them.
